[He'll laugh, albeit a touch nervously because while hes a-ok being a great party planner and thrower, being the center of everypony's attention is much, much less his thing. He's used to throwing a party then hanging around in the sidelines, then heading off once he knows he's done a good job.
Being the center of it all is another thing entirely. He may have learned how to manage his shyness, but he never really conquered it completely. ]
